Prohibitions on your use of this website
You may not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions. In particular, but not exclusively you are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this Website any material that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience for which you have not obtained all necessary licenses and/or approvals which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law of or infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, in any country in the world, or which is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data). We shall fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of this section.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
CMC Block Ventures Ltd technically processes the Client’s data only to provide the Service, to the exclusion of any other use, for the benefit of CMC Block Ventures Ltd or third parties. In accordance with the GDPR, personal data are stored and processed by CMC Block Ventures Ltd (and its subcontractor) on servers located exclusively secure and are not subject to any transfer.
CMC Block Ventures Ltd undertakes to ensure the security and protection of the confidentiality of the Client’s personal data in order to prevent it from being distorted, damaged, or communicated to unauthorized third parties. CMC Block Ventures Ltd undertakes to ensure and to ensure that any technical service provider responsible for the implementation of the Service, in particular the Platform acting as a subcontractor of CMC Block Ventures Ltd, complies with the strictest confidentiality and security in the process of processing, storing and safeguarding the Client’s personal data, in accordance with good practice, in strict compliance with the GDPR and in accordance with the provisions of the Contract. In accordance with art. 33.2 of EU Regulation 2016/679, CMC Block Ventures Ltd undertakes to inform the Client without delay of any “violation” of personal data (unauthorized access, unauthorized copying, corruption of personal data files, etc.) of which he is aware, at the Client’s expense to inform (i) the supervisory authority on which it depends, and (ii) when this violation “is likely to occur to create a high risk to rights and freedoms”, the persons concerned. If the customer wishes to delete or ask their personal data from CMC Block Ventures Ltd, he can request it directly via info@cmcblockventures.com. The Client’s personal data are kept for a period of 10 years from the last contact with CMC Block Ventures Ltd unless they wish otherwise.
